2025 -

I am a Software Engineer at Alarify, a restaurant automation platform based out of Astana Hub. We build the point-of-sale, QR menus, inventory and analytics that small food service businesses in Kazakhstan run on day to day.

2021 - 2025

BSc at Astana IT University. My diploma project was built here, and this is where I got into machine learning properly — computer vision first, then everything else.

2022 -

Along the way I have done a fair number of hackathons, including HackNU'25 (Zaman Bank AI track) and a GDC AITU career assistant. Most of what I know about shipping fast I learned in those 48-hour windows.

Kaiyrkhan Kairolla is a software engineer based in Astana, Kazakhstan. He works on Alarify, a restaurant automation platform, and builds machine learning side projects on the weekends — most recently on multimodal emotion recognition and seismic risk prediction. He holds a BSc from Astana IT University.
